You’ll need to be at least level 101 to enter the new locale of Ludibrium, where you can take in a show and help out the Night Troupe in various activities, including throwing parties, watching fireworks, making toys, driving bumper cars, playing claw machines, and decorating houses.

“Our Night Troupe is making its daring return just in time for the mischievous season of Halloween,” the devs said. “We have lots in store to really get this season going! You can start with earning bonus stats by leveling up your Festival Designer Rank in Ludibrium or you can kick back and put together some solid fits through our Maple Fashion Week.
