The three pieces you are looking for are the Broken Vinyl Record, Neely’s Bar Coin, and the Jukebox Button. You don’t have to worry about the order in which you grab them as long as you get them all. So below are their locations and the solution to this puzzle.
How To Find Broken Vinyl Record
The Broken Vinyl Record lies waiting for you in the back room of the Groovy Music store.
From Neely’s Bar turn right on Neely Street, go straight, and you can find the Groovy Music store on the left side of the street.
You can check the map by pressing the Up button on the D-pad of your controller.
Enter the store and take care of the two Lying Figures inside the store. They are not nearly as frightening as some of the other monsters in the game. Break the glass so that you can jump inside the next room.
You will find one-half of the Broken Vinyl and Vinyl Glue on the table. If you went to the Neely’s Bar first, you should have the other half of the Broken Vinyl.
Combine both Vinyl pieces with the glue to get the Glued Up Vinyl Record. If you rushed here, you can always get and glue the other half later when you return to the Bar.
How To Find Neely’s Bar Coin
You will have to go to the Texan Cafe to get the Neely’s Bar Coin.
After you exit the Groovy Music store, go back towards the Neely Bar, but turn left on Katz Street. You should find the Texan Cafe on the right side of the street.
Eliminate or run past any Lying Figures on your way there. Enter the Café, go behind the counter, and interact with the Cash Register.
Use the Key and hit the bottom right button. The register will print a bill and open it to reveal Neely’s Bar Coin.

How To Find The Jukebox Button
You can find the Jukebox button inside the bathroom in one of the rooms on the third floor.
Go to Saul Appartments, once inside collect the map, and then push the bookshelf next to it. You can now access the reception and collect the key to Apt 5 from here.
Go upstairs, and the last room on the left will be Room no 5. Use the key to get in. Inside, you will find a crack in one of the walls. Use it to get to the other side.
Here you will find another cracked wall which will lead you to a fire escape that you can use to get to the third floor. Go up and into the next room, go to the bathroom, and you will find a hole in the wall.
Search it to get yourself the Jukebox button. Finally, use the ladder on the roof to get back down.
If you picked up the Blue Gem from the Silent Hill Jewelry Store in Eastern South Vale, you can examine it on the rooftop, where you can find the eye symbol.
This is one of the 3 locations where you need to examine it to get the UFO ending. And speaking of endings, you should also check out the PS5 exclusive dog ending.
Coming back to the puzzle, with all the necessary pieces in hand, it is time to go back to Neely’s Bar.
How To Solve The Jukebox Puzzle In Silent Hill 2 Remake
To solve the Jukebox puzzle, you first need to fix the Vinyl tray, and then you will be able to use it.
Start by using the green mechanism to push the Vinyl tray away. Next, use the blue spring-like mechanism to push it down. Lastly, use the green mechanism again to remove the Vinyl tray and place the Glued Up Vinyl Record here.
The Vinyls will now move up, which starts the next part of the puzzle. Place the Jukebox button on the empty slot between the 1 and 3 buttons.
Interact with the Coin slot and use the Neely’s Bar Coin here.
Finally, press the blue “C” button and the number “2” Jukebox button to play the Glued Up Vinyl Record.
A cutscene will now play, which shows James’s various memories, two of which suggest that Mary might be at Rosewater Park. Once the scene is over, the machine breaks and gives you the Neely’s Bar Key.
Use it to leave the bar from the other side and proceed to make your way to Woodside Apartments.
