Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred is quickly becoming a talking point for series fans, with many either enjoying the expansion or finding it lacking. Luckily, players on the grind will be happy to know that a recent hotfix for the RPG has made grinding for items like Angelbreath a lot easier.
With Vessel of Hatred officially cracking D4’s player records despite annoying bugs locking off content, the new expansion is a decent follow-up. While its new multiplayer-focused endgame may not be to everyone’s taste, there’s a lot of new content to explore.
Never worry about elixirs again
An official post in the Diablo 4 forums confirmed that a hotfix was released to fix some bugs and make things easier for players. More Angelbreath drops are what got the attention of players, as it means players will be able to craft better items for the fiercer bosses to fight.
Here’s what was written down in the community post:
- Dungeon Boss level 30-49: Will drop 10 bundled herbs + 2 Angel Breath
- Campaign Bosses level 50-60 will drop 30 bundled herbs + 7 Angel Breath
For those unaware, Angelbreath is important in Diablo 4, as it allows players to make elixirs. These are some of the best items in the game since they heal all of your HP and MP. In addition to that fix, Angelbreath can also be used to reroll the affixes on your gear, which means players should stock up on them if they want great stats.
More fixes incoming?
The release of Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred has garnered a mixed reception from fans, with many feeling this expansion has been buggier than they’d like. While the game has a huge fanbase, it’s clear that this expansion could use some more tweaking. Activision Blizzard will handle all of these bugs since this is a live service and they want players to buy their next expansion.
Players would have preferred a smoother launch that allowed more of them to play this expansion right away, but that’s just the live-service life. More updates will ensure that the expansion becomes a lot more playable for everyone in the future.
