The next Fortnite live event will conclude Chapter 5 and introduce us to a new season. As previously revealed by Epic Games, the upcoming season will bring back Chapter 2. It’s scheduled to come out on Saturday, November 2, and it looks like the video game developer has a marvelous plan for its introduction.
On Tuesday, Epic revealed the date and time of the next Fortnite event. The company also revealed a few more important things, and here’s everything you need to know.
When is the next Fortnite event?
The next Fortnite event will start shortly before the end of Chapter 5. Epic Games revealed its start date as Friday, November 1. The event will begin at 6:30 PM Eastern Time, so make sure to be online at least 30 minutes earlier to reserve a spot. The last event had more than five million concurrent players, and the next one is expected to be even bigger.

If your time zone is not listed above, please refer to our countdown or use this link. Once the countdown hits zero, the event will begin in the game. However, you should log in when the countdown shows an hour remaining.
According to leakers, the event might end with a black hole. This is a reference to the first “The End” event, which introduced players to Chapter 2. The black hole lasted for 36 hours, which is the longest downtime in the history of the video game. While the next downtime won’t be that long, we expect servers to be down for at least 10 hours.
When does the next Fortnite event start in the US?
The United States has several time zones, but four are the biggest: Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern. Players from the Pacific time zone will get the event at 3:30 PM on Friday, while those from Mountain time will get it at 4:30. The event begins at 5:30 PM in the Central time zone and at 6:30 PM in ET.
When will Fortnite Remix: The Prelude event begin in the UK?
Fortnite players from the United Kingdom recently moved their clocks due to daylight savings. Due to this, the country is now in the GMT/UTC time zone, which means that the event will begin on Friday night at 10:30 PM.
