Throne & Liberty: For The Ally’s Rest Guide | Sailors Keepsake

Hey there! In this guide, I’ll be diving into the Ally’s Rest quest of Throne & Liberty, focusing on how to find the Sailor’s Keepsakes. If you’re on the hunt for these items, you’re in the right place. Just a heads up though, I won’t be covering all the locations, but only the two trickiest parts of this quest (You probably know what I’m talking about). With some helpful tips and a little patience, you’ll have no trouble completing this quest and moving on to your next adventure.

For The Ally’s Rest Guide | Sailors Keepsake

First up, all the Sailor’s Keepsakes are marked on the map, so they’re easy to spot. However, I’m putting this guide together to cover two trickier parts: Climbing the mast and dealing with the sand crabs.

For the mast one, just climb up—though, heads up, it’s really finicky. You might fall a few times, but don’t worry, it’s not your fault. The game’s platforming mechanics are just a bit awkward for precise climbs. Once you get to the top, grab the bag. There’s also another bag on both ends of the boat. Just run to each side, pick them up, and you’re good to go.

Now, onto the Sea crabs. The quest just says to “Kill a Sea crab,” but I wasn’t sure if it was a specific crab or just any crab. Turns out, any Sea crab works, but here’s the catch: the drop rate is incredibly low. You might spend around 30-45 minutes grinding crabs, so if that’s happening to you, don’t worry—you’re doing it right. Just keep killing crabs until one drops the item. You can find them around the wrecked ship!

Lastly, make sure to turn in the quest at night! The quest giver won’t be around during the day, so if you see a blue icon hovering on the boat with no NPC, just come back after dark to hand it in.
